Welcome to R Limousine Transportation Inc DBA R Limos ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at https://rlimos.com/ and our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

R Limos provides premium chauffeured transportation services including airport transfers, hourly charters, corporate travel, and event transportation in the South Florida area. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our dispatch team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, gratuities, and surcharges. Payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
  • Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws during the ride
  • Not smoke, consume alcohol excessively, or cause damage to the vehicle

Passengers may be held liable for any damage to the vehicle caused during their ride.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

R Limos carries commercial liability insurance as required by law. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected service.

Our website and online services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of R Limousine Transportation Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. SMS Messaging Terms
