1. Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of R Limousine Transportation's ("R Limos") website, mobile application, and luxury ground transportation services. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
R Limos provides premium chauffeured ground transportation services including airport transfers, hourly charter, corporate travel, and event transportation in the New York City Metro area and South Florida & Orlando regions.
3. Booking and Reservations
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone at (347) 251-5115, or via WhatsApp
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
- A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is processed
- Accurate pickup addresses and contact information are required for all bookings
- Hourly charter bookings require a minimum of 3 hours (SUV/Tesla) or 4 hours (Sprinter vehicles)
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars and include the base fare for the selected vehicle
- A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is charged 24 hours before the scheduled pickup
- An automatic gratuity of 15% is included
- A fuel surcharge of 10% applies to all trips
Peak Pricing
The following time-based multipliers may apply:
- NYC Rush Hour (weekdays 7-10 AM, 3-7 PM): 1.3x
- Late Night (11 PM - 3 AM): 1.4x
- Early Morning (4-6 AM): 1.25x
- Weekend (Fri 6 PM - Sun 6 PM): 1.15x
- Holiday: 1.55x
Extras
- Child Seat: $25
- Booster Seat: $20
- Meet & Greet: $35
- Extra Stop: $35
- Waiting Time: $55 per 30 minutes
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Corporate accounts may arrange monthly billing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund of deposit
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% of deposit retained
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: Full fare charged
Cancellations must be made through our website, by phone, or by contacting your account manager for corporate accounts.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate flight information for airport pickups
- Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
- No smoking in any vehicle
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles beyond normal wear
- A cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for excessive mess or damage
7. Wait Time and Airport Pickups
- Airport pickups: Complimentary 60-minute wait time after flight lands (domestic) or 90 minutes (international)
- Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes complimentary wait time from scheduled pickup
- Additional wait time charged at $55 per 30-minute increment
8. Liability
R Limos maintains comprehensive commercial insurance for all vehicles and operations. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control
- Items left in vehicles (though we make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost items)
- Missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control
9. Service Areas
Our services operate in the New York City Metropolitan area (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, and parts of New Jersey and Connecticut) and South Florida & Orlando (including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando). Trips outside these areas may be arranged at additional cost.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property ofR Limousine Transportation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the State of New York.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
